These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User","Player", or "Member") and aicuci88 (the "Company", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the aicuci88 website located at aicuci88.cam and all associated services, games, promotions, and features (collectively, the "Service").

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the aicuci88 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or across shared devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and permanent banning from the platform.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You must update this information promptly if it changes. aicuci88 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. aicuci88 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the name of the account holder. The above timeframes are indicative and not guaranteed. Withdrawal limits (minimum and maximum per transaction and per period) are set by aicuci88 and are displayed in the withdrawal section of the platform. All bonuses and promotions offered by aicuci88 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between those specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

The following general principles apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise:

All sports bets placed on the aicuci88 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, which are accessible via the platform's help section. The following general principles govern all betting activity:

• All bets are final once confirmed. aicuci88 does not accept requests to void confirmed bets based on a change of mind.

Breach of any prohibition listed above will result in, at aicuci88's discretion: immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances (real-money and bonus), and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

All content on the aicuci88 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of aicuci88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. aicuci88's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of Real-Money Funds held in that User's account at the time the claim arose.

aicuci88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, including (without limitation) in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time after being requested to do so;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more;
• Receiving a self-exclusion request from the account holder.

Upon termination for legitimate cause, aicuci88 may forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real-Money Funds will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method following satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and verification of the absence of fraud.

Users who wish to close their account voluntarily may contact our support team at any time. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
